Maintenance package includes:

Anytime Email Support (respond within 24 hours)
Emergency Support
Automatic Website and Database back-up

Ongoing maintenance is billed in annual increments allowing 2 hours of maintenance/support work per month. Maintenance includes minor changes to text, design and any additional content changes. Support and training can be included in that time. If the 2 hour monthly time is exceeded that work will be billed outside of the maintenance agreement at the standard hourly billing rate.
